All planning entries on this site are community-sourced and submitted by volunteers. While entries are moderated by an administrator before publication, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information presented. You must independently verify all planning information against the official Tewkesbury Borough Council planning portal at publicaccess.tewkesbury.gov.uk before taking any action, making any decisions, or relying on information from this site. This site is provided for informational and community discussion purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, planning, or professional advice. How to Use This App

This community engine tracks native planning developments within the geographical parish limits of Shurdington village:

Browse Elements: Use the multi-checkbox filter options sitting adjacent to the map framework to isolate specific planning stages: Proposed, Ongoing, Completed, or Refused.
Toggle Perspectives: Tap the layer control on the top right area of the interface to change between plain map tiles and direct aerial satellite imagery.
Contribute Records: Approved community volunteers can drop a single coordinate location pinpoint marker or trace custom area boundaries with the drawing tools. Submission entries are routed directly to a pending review queue monitored by the supervisor.
Request an Amendment: If you spot a factual error on an existing live map entry, click the item on the map and choose "Suggest a Correction". This launches an inline contact submission that routes directly to the administration panel.

Content you submit

Planning entries, comments, and any metadata details are stored securely. All content is reviewed before publication. You must not include personal information about any other individual in your submissions or comments. If you accidentally include personal information, contact the administrator immediately for removal via shurdingtonnp@gmail.com.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact the site administrator. Your account can be deleted on request, which will remove your personal information. Approved public content (entries, comments) attributed to your name may be retained in anonymised form.
